Automatic machine for manufacturing PVC tarpaulin roofing for tent halls – sold for parts.

A tarpaulin welding machine of Italian manufacture, brand SolarEdge Automation Machines, produced in 2021.
The machine was used to a very limited extent for the production of PVC coverings for tent halls.

Machine specifications:
- Material: PVC with a weight of 450 g/m2
- Material data: max. width – 3250 mm, min. width – 285 mm, max. roll weight – 1000 kg, max. outer diameter – 600 mm
- PVC or PE keder ropes with diameters of 4/5/7 mm
- Minimum product length: 1500 mm
- Minimum final product width: 800 mm
- Power supply: 400V

The machine welds the surface of two materials from the feed roll, cuts them to the required width, and applies and thermally welds the keder cord alongside the edges of the material.

The machine consists of:
- 2 material feeders with automatic material position adjustment
- Knives for cutting the material to the required width
- A welding module for joining two material panels
- Modules for sealing the keder tape along the sides of the material
- A module for feeding and welding the keder cord with automatic keder tension regulation
- Encoder for product length control
- Cutting knife for trimming the product to the desired length

Welding is achieved using high-performance Leister hot air heaters.

6. HIWIN linear guides and carriages
