Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for bending, feed, and rotation axes. The touchscreen control enables straightforward and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After loading the tube, it is secured by the chuck in the carriage. This enables precise positioning of the tube, ensuring contour-accurate geometries. Standard features include geometry control before the bending process: if the bending process is initiated at the wrong position, the machine will not grant approval, thus eliminating operator error. Optional features add convenience, boost output, and therefore increase system efficiency.

Data exchange with the optional pipe calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is via USB stick or network. Existing pipe geometries can be imported using the software.

Unique graphic programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly on the machine. The controller directly calculates the feed values and bending angles after entering length and angle values.
