Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control system's touch display enables easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the pipe is fed in, it is clamped in the carriage by the chuck, allowing for precise positioning of the pipe and, thus, the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. The standard configuration also includes pipe geometry verification before the bending process: if the bending process is started at an incorrect position, the machine will not allow operation. This eliminates operator errors. Optional additional features provide increased convenience and boost the output and efficiency of the system.
Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D pipe calculation program (PC version) is handled via USB stick or network. Existing pipe geometries can be imported using the software.
