Robust and durable steel construction with a friction-locked design – no torsion-prone construction due to, e.g., a split construction of bending head and mandrel support. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The touch display of the control unit allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After sliding the tube in, it is clamped by the chuck in the carriage, ensuring precise positioning of the tube and thus the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes a tube geometry check before the bending process: if the bending process is started at an incorrect position, the machine will not grant approval. This eliminates operating errors. Optional additional features provide greater comfort and increase output, thus enhancing the system’s efficiency.
Data exchange from the optional TBS-3D tube calculation program (PC version) is via USB stick or via FTP access from the computer to the machine control. USB or LAN connector (RJ45) are provided as standard. Existing tube geometries can easily and quickly be converted, for example via the STEP format.
