IWR2000
Washing line with Rätz mill for fruit and vegetables. The system is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and features a sorting grate, washing tank, and conveyor belt. The produce drops into the water for pre-washing and is then transported via the conveyor, where it undergoes thorough cleaning with fresh water. Afterwards, the cleaned fruit is fed directly into the mill, where the desired screen can be selected to achieve the required mash consistency.

The destoning and pulping unit is suitable for processing fruit and vegetables. It is equipped with interchangeable screens and an adjustable rotary rotor, enabling both the pulping and destoning of stone fruit, pome fruit, as well as various berries and assorted produce. Fruit pulp and pits are discharged separately. Screens can be changed quickly and easily. The unit is supplied with one screen; additional screens are available as options.
