Automatic rounder-divider, 4-5-6 rows, for a maximum output of 15,000 pieces/hour.

The electronic rounder-divider mod. ATHENA LARGE PLUS is designed for the production of round rolls, hamburger buns, pita bread, Arabic bread, and pizza bases.

The machine, suitable for working with soft and semi-firm doughs, is equipped with a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper with an approximate capacity of 25 kg, and can be fed by a suitable dough feeder.

The dough, gently handled thanks to a star-shaped metering system, is portioned in the dividing chambers, which, once properly adjusted, achieve the desired weight.

After setting the desired weight on the “TOUCH SCREEN” control panel, the dough pieces are discharged and enter the rounding drum, which can be easily swapped based on the required weight.

During machine operation, it is possible to independently adjust both the rounding speed and the production speed via the “TOUCH SCREEN” control panel. At the end of the cycle, the rounded dough pieces are deposited onto 800 mm-long (standard) outfeed separation conveyors.

The “TOUCH SCREEN” control panel, with 50 programmable memory settings and PLC-based operation management, allows adjustment of portion weight, production speed, and rounding speed. Hourly output: 1,000–2,500 pieces per row (42 cycles/min).
