The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical lift module designed for efficient storage and order picking of small parts, following the goods-to-person principle. It is distinguished by its high storage density and ergonomic operation.

Space Optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically adjusts the storage height, enabling extremely high storage density with minimal floor space.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various heights for ergonomic picking. Optionally, the reach depth into the tray can be further reduced, decreasing strain on the operator.

Software Integration: The lift module is equipped with a standard PLC control and can be interfaced with customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP). SSI Schäfer's own WAMAS® Logimat software solution is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical-toothed racks, providing robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of trays, even under off-center loading conditions.
