Steiner DHP 800

The STEINER hydraulic press has been designed and manufactured with practical considerations in mind. The hydraulic unit is mounted on the hydraulic tank at the rear of the press. Control blocks and valves are easily accessible from the outside and can be replaced quickly if necessary. The hydraulic radial piston pump is installed on the drive console and is connected via a coupling to the motor and pump mounting. The press frame is indestructible and torsion-resistant, made from a steel welded construction. The bolster table is bolted to the frame. The hydraulic cylinders are mounted from above onto the press frame and are guided in the required direction through the mounting holes. The piston is connected to the piston rods via a split ring. Four-sided, diagonal, flat grooves in the frame enable highly precise movement.

The hydraulic cylinders are made from high-quality materials and are designed for high pressure. The piston rods are ground and hard-chrome plated. The cylinder tubes are honed internally. Seals, proven over many years, are characterized by high quality and tightness. The piston rod guidance uses guide bands that stand out due to minimal wear and long service life. The control panel houses control, regulation, and monitoring devices for all control units. Mutual interlocks ensure that two program processes cannot run simultaneously. The electrical control system is located in a closed control cabinet.
