The dynamic LOW 4322 depaneling machine is specifically designed for medium to high product volumes and meets the increasing demands of modern production processes. PCBs (printed circuit board panels) of various materials can be separated using dust- and stress-reduced sawing and milling techniques, ensuring maximum product flexibility, precision, and throughput. High-dynamic linear motor axes, tools, and grippers meet the strictest quality requirements and guarantee maximum durability and reliability of the depaneling unit.

Semi-automatic depaneling – tailor-made solutions
The LOW 4322 depaneling machine allows for rapid product changeover while maintaining short separation and handling times. Loading of the PCB panels is carried out using a parallel shuttle; clamping and securing are ensured by pin clamping technology and, if required, in combination with vacuum suction devices.

This machine comes equipped with:
• A shaft/disc blade separation module on the Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0–90°)
• X-Y cross-stitch module featuring linear motor technology and high-resolution measurement system
• Dual loading module constructed as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Aluminum profile frame with two maintenance doors – left and right
• Standard vision system base module for teach-in programming (camera field: 400 x 330 mm)
• Working area: 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic milling cutter length processing (only in conjunction with shaft separation module)
• Remote maintenance/support via remote connection (TeamViewer) or customer-provided access
• Touch IPC with Windows operating system

The high-performance depaneling machine, equipped as standard with a sawing or milling module, fully automatic milling cutter length detection, camera-based teach-in system, and two individually configurable PCB fixtures, can be further customized with various customer-specific features (e.g., camera vision system). Precise laser axis measurement prior to commissioning is a standard part of the customer service for all inline and stand-alone depaneling systems from Systemtechnik Hölzer.
