Deskripsi
The TAG Artena 16-channel Weigher and Filler is a fully automated, multi-product weighing system designed for precisely portioning delicate loose horticultural products of small and medium size into trays.
The machine is integrated into the production line upstream of packaging and labelling equipment. Products are loaded in bulk onto the infeed conveyor of the weigher and are conveyed to the feeding belts with a dynamic hopper, then accurately deposited into trays. Trays are destacked and distributed onto an indexed conveyor. During the four-step filling process, the trays are weighed in-line using patented technology.
The machine is operated via a touch-screen control panel, giving full oversight of all machine functions.
