We offer a complete industrial line for preliminary planing of wooden components, manufactured in 2021 by TECH TOM (Poland).

The line is designed as an integrated production system allowing efficient and continuous processing of wooden elements, including quality sorting, thicknessing, and width resizing.

The technological setup includes the full process:
• Material loading from pallets
• Preliminary double-spindle planing
• Four-side planing
• Automatic turning of components
• Quality sorting
• Cross-cutting and trimming
• Stacking and storage on Euro pallets

The line is equipped with an advanced system of conveyors, scissor lifts, and sorting stations, ensuring high work ergonomics and smooth production flow.

Thanks to spike chain conveyors guiding the wooden components, the system guarantees stable material feed and repeatability of processing parameters.

Additional advantages include:
• One spare four-side planer
• One spare chain conveyor
• Roller magazine for Euro pallets, 170 meters long
• A large loading ramp (6 rows of 12 meters each)

This line is ideal for plants manufacturing:

The line includes:

• 5 belt conveyors with a horizontal buffer, 800 mm long
• 5 STG-4 double-spindle planers (top/bottom), wooden elements guided on spike chains
• 6 STG-4 four-side planers (1 spare unit). Four-sided spindles top/bottom, right/left. Feed and guiding by spike chain conveyor
• 6 chain conveyors with buffer (1 spare unit) for thicknessing and width resizing
• 5 inter-planer conveyors for automatic flipping of elements (top/bottom)
• Outfeed belt conveyor from planers, 25 meters long, with a sorting table for classifying elements. Table equipped with a line laser for central alignment of wooden elements
• 10 workstations for sorting wooden components by grade, faults, and for processing thin, side, and cross-cuts
• 11 auxiliary tables for sorting wooden components

• 22 scissor lifts for Euro pallets (1300 × 900 mm)
• 5 scissor lifts for double-spindle STG 4 planers (1800 × 1600 mm)
• 2 circular saws with rail trolleys for cross-cutting and trimming wooden elements
• Loading ramp – pallets with wooden components to be planed, 6 rows with roller conveyors, 12 meters each and 1800 mm wide
• Roller magazine for Euro pallets – 170 meters long, 900 mm wide

Offered equipment/machinery is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) according to Incoterms 2020.
