The main application areas for these systems are industrial plants/welding shops where it is not possible to implement local extraction or where local extraction is insufficient to maintain air quality within the hall.
Laterally mounted ducts with capture points extract polluted air and direct it to the filtration section. Here, contaminants in the form of fine particles accumulate on the surface of the cartridge filter. An automatic compressed air pulse cleans the cartridge filters at set intervals. When the compressed air pulse is triggered, the particles collected on the filter surface are dislodged and fall into the dust collection bin.

The cleaned air returns to the workspace via individually adjustable long-range nozzles. At the same time, the discharge of purified air directs the contaminated air in the hall towards the extraction ducts.

The filter is cleaned by a microprocessor controller with compressed air pulses during operation, ensuring high efficiency of the unit. Low compressed air consumption is guaranteed by the "Power-Spray" system.
