High-pressure fume extraction unit, dust extractor, self-cleaning filter by TEKA.

Filter suitable for plasma and laser applications.
Thanks to its design, the system is particularly recommended for processing oily and sticky fumes as well as dusts.

The unit is equipped with an automatic cartridge filter impregnation system and an activated carbon filter for neutralizing odors generated during processing.

The filter is cleaned pneumatically with compressed air pulses during operation, which ensures high efficiency.

The extractor is designed for special applications where the filtered fumes and dust particles may be moist and adhesive.

Applying the impregnation agent captures moisture from the fumes, protecting the filters from clogging.
In this case, the service life of the cartridge filters is extended.

After the cleaning process, the control system sends a pulse to the solenoid valve located on the top cover of the drum filled with powder. The magnetic pulse agitates the impregnation agent, which is then drawn into the suction pipeline.
The powder coats the work surface and forms a protective layer for the filters.

The unit is as good as new – only 126 operating hours!
