The 10 series, also known as the Manual Grinder, is Timesavers’ versatile entry-level model and a cost-effective alternative to manual deburring, edge rounding, slag and oxide layer removal, and finishing of metal surfaces.

Designed for fast manual deburring, edge rounding, and finishing of metal parts

The unit features two sides: one equipped with a quick-change mount for the grinding wheel, and another with a mount for a flap brush for edge rounding. The various tooling options are suitable for deburring, edge rounding, finishing, and removing laser oxide layers or heavy slag. If required, a mirror-finished surface can also be achieved. Thanks to the 180-degree rotating spindle, tool changes between the different operations are quick and easy.

The machine features a work surface with a special non-slip coating to securely hold parts during processing. Smaller workpieces are fixed in place by integrated vacuum hold-down. The operation is intuitive, making it a user-friendly solution suitable for everyone.
