Deskripsi

This TORNOS DECO 2000-10 was manufactured in 1999. It is equipped with a drum-type bar loader, an integrated hydraulic unit, and supports both at the front and rear with a center height of 1100 mm. The machine features a movable headstock, a directional spindle stop, and a cross slide with tool holders. Overhauled in 2017, with two additional similar machines available (both overhauled in 2018)
2017 Overhaul Details:
Standard overhaul package: Block III maintenance, cleaning, and recommissioning. Overhaul of the guide bushing and overhaul of spindles S1, S2, and S4. Replacement of all ball screws, including bearings, and the guides on all axes. Replacement of coolant pump, all coolant lines, and the coolant sensor. Replacement of wipers on the cross slides. Replacement of all pneumatic lines and valves. Replacement of machine lighting, viewing panels, external fan, fan cable, and keyboard. Additional options (special services): The guide bushing was completely replaced (not just overhauled). New central lubricating system installed. Replacement of bellows coupling, external encoders, and monitor. Replacement of the control and amplifier fans. Upon recommissioning, the 'Spindle Positioning S4' option was also activated and the bar loader was set up.
