Treif Twister AT

The set on offer is a TREIF TWISTER AT Cube Cutter combined with a STORM engineering loading lift (Hebe- und Kippvorrichtung), forming a complete, automated dicing station. The set additionally includes knife blocks of 6, 8, and 30 mm, allowing different grades of the finished product to be produced without needing to purchase extra tooling.

How does the TREIF TWISTER AT with the STORM lift work?
Csdpfx Anjzzp S Nspohd
Raw material is placed in a transport container, which is raised and tilted by the STORM lift, emptying its contents directly into the loading chamber of the TWISTER AT cutter. Inside the machine, raw material passes through the cutting assembly, where interchangeable knives (a quick tool-change system requiring no additional instruments) cut it into cubes, strips, or slices, depending on the tooling used and the selected cutting program.

Control is handled via a touchscreen panel with stored cutting programs, allowing quick switching between settings when changing products or knife spacing.

Key advantages of the TREIF TWISTER AT with STORM set
The STORM loading lift eliminates manual lifting and emptying of raw material containers, reducing operator physical strain and speeding up the feeding of successive batches into the cutter. Its IP65 protection rating allows the lift to operate under conditions of frequent station washdown.

The included set of additional knife blocks (6, 8, and 30 mm) extends the machine’s capabilities to further cube sizes without needing to purchase separate tooling, which matters for plants with frequently changing product ranges. The solid construction of the TWISTER AT cutter, weighing 950 kg, and its power supply suited to a wide voltage range (380–480 V) ensure stable operation across different electrical installations.
