The TREPKO PKG 1 is equipped with a single stage for all stations. The filling head is designed for dispensing various products, such as yoghurt, cream, sauces, milk, 1 cm fruit pieces, vanilla pudding, etc. Due to their ease of maintenance, these machines are highly recommended for production facilities where constant productivity must be maintained. Trepko cup fillers are primarily driven by a main motor which converts movement into an INDEX gearbox and sends signals to the pneumatic cylinders, activating them at each station. The filling volumes depend on customer requirements; the standard filling range is 50–500 ml per cup. On request, we can increase the filling volume by enlarging the diameter of the filling cylinder. The machine was previously used for filling cheese into small rectangular cups. Regarding conversion to cups with an outer diameter of 71, 75, 80, and 95 mm, we can provide this service in-house.
