Trevisan DS200 is a Machining Center with an integrated turning device (U-axis/facing head), enabling turning operations with the workpiece stationary and the tool rotating (cylindrical, conical, spherical, threading, facing). In the same setup, it allows milling, drilling, and reaming with the main spindle. It features two independent spindles (Milling head + U-axis contouring head) and automatic tool change, functioning as both a "lathe + machining center" in a single machine, reducing cycle times and errors from part re-clamping.
