The highly productive, semi-automated TruPrint 5000 3D printing system is your entry into industrial series production. With features such as optional 500°C preheating and full-field multilaser configuration with three 500-watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are fully equipped for demanding, industrial applications. The machine quickly and reliably produces high-quality parts from various metallic materials—meeting rigorous quality standards in tool and mold making, for 3D printing on preform blanks, as well as in aerospace and medical technology. Optionally, the entire process chain can run under a protective gas atmosphere: sieving, printing, cooling, de-powdering. Combined with external component and powder management and TRUMPF monitoring solutions, it's ideal for industrial series additive manufacturing.

Thanks to the Preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. Additively manufactured structures are applied to a preform blank. This innovative option is especially suitable for simple handling in tool and mold making.
