ABOUT THE MACHINE
The Tschudin T35 is a modular production external cylindrical grinding machine for medium and large batch sizes. Originally developed by Swiss company HTT Hauser Tripet Tschudin AG, now part of the Kellenberger/Hardinge Group. The machine offered was operated in combination with a complete SECKLER manufacturing cell – enabling fully automated 24/7 production.

The Siemens Sinumerik 840D control features grinding software developed by grinding specialists, providing optimal programming of grinding and dressing processes. The hydrostatic guideways ensure highest precision in series production; the roller bearing variant enables cutting speeds up to 120 m/s.
