The crack testing device consists of a portable housing with control and display elements, as well as connection cables for magnetisation and a mains plug.
Application range
The crack testing device is intended for surface crack testing of weld seams, large forged and cast parts, machine components, but can also be used as a power module for stationary crack testing benches.
Only ferromagnetic workpieces can be tested!
During magnetisation, the workpiece must be wetted with a testing fluid (inspection medium). Subsequently, defects can be detected under UV light (UV lamp).
