The EG300 unit combines the functions of an edger and a multi-blade rip saw, allowing you to maximize profit from every processed board while also increasing overall sawmill productivity by an average of 20-30%.

The EG300 model is equipped as standard with two circular saw blades, functioning as an edger. One blade is fixed, while the other is adjustable from the control panel, utilizing an electronic width setting device.

Optional laser cutting guides can be installed to help the operator determine the optimal cutting line.

The EG300 edger consists of three main components: the saw blade assembly, an infeed table, and an outfeed table. The modular design of the machine ensures easy transport, operation, and installation.

Two upper rollers facilitate advancing the board through the edger for subsequent cuts.

An adjustable fence enables the operator to quickly position boards with already trimmed edges.

It is possible to install up to five circular saw blades, allowing the device to be used as a multi-blade rip saw.

In this configuration, four blades are fixed for standard width cuts, while the fifth blade is adjustable. Switching between edger and multi-blade operation is straightforward, and the machine’s design enables the operator to quickly respond to changing production requirements. The feed speed is adjustable between 0 and 25 m/min.
