Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 - NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is the manufacturing of keyways from 3-28 mm as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and minimal footprint, this machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large operations. The low investment cost makes it profitable even for small batch and single-item production.

Drive via pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central tensile force, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable design allows even large workpieces to be positioned without obstruction. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be rigidly clamped. Stroke adjustment via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple pieces can be stacked for processing.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available at attractive conditions upon request.
