Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is in the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and small footprint, the machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price means it is a viable choice even for small series and one-off production.

Drive is via a pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central pull point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be positioned unrestricted. Most workpieces do not need to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
