Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The machine is primarily used for the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as similar profile sizes. Its compact, space-saving design allows successful use in small, medium, and large businesses. The low price justifies investment even for small series or single-part production.
The drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures quiet operation, a central pull point, and consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows for large workpieces to be placed without restriction. In most cases, the parts to be broached do not need to be securely clamped. Stroke adjustment is achieved with adjustable limit switches providing stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple pieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available on request.
