Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is the production of keyway slots from 3-28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Its compact footprint allows use in small, medium, and large operations. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and one-off production runs.

Drive is via a pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation with a central force application point and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows for the unimpeded placement of large workpieces. In most cases, the workpieces do not have to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is by limit switches with stroke limitation. Multiple short hubs/workpieces can be stacked for broaching.
