Roof & Flooring: Double roof protection (5 cm EPS sandwich panels + additional trapezoidal sheet), elegant wood-look PVC flooring.

The containers are connected at the short sides, so the length remains 600 cm while the width can be extended in 240-cm increments.
Windows/Doors: Anthracite-coloured frames, tilt-and-turn function, triple glazing, or aluminium profiles instead of PVC.
Security: Permanently installed iron window bars or shutters (manual/electric).
Interior outfitting: Integration of WC, shower, partitions, or kitchen areas possible at any time.
Electrics: Modern LED lighting, expandable power outlets, fuse box with residual current circuit breaker and 32-A CEE connection.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Origin: Direct shipping from the factory in Turkey. We take care of all customs clearance for you.
Condition on delivery: Units are delivered as semi-assembled kits. Connecting materials included. Final on-site assembly is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping options:
SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) Kits: Delivered in three modules (approx. 900 kg each). Only the roof and connections require assembly. Advantage: Minimal labour required.
Flat-Pack (fully dismantled): Space-saving solution. Advantage: Maximum saving on transport costs.
Important unloading note: Unloading at destination must be arranged by the customer. Due to weight, a crane or suitable forklift is required. Our service: On request, we can connect you with local unloading service providers in your area.
PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Business customers (B2B): 50% deposit upon order (proforma), 50% before dispatch.
Private customers (B2C): 100% prepayment upon order (proforma).
Bank details: Official VASG KFT accounts with Raiffeisenbank Hungary or Revolut Business.

Production: Custom manufacturing takes approx. 7–15 working days.
Delivery time:
AT, DE, IT, HU: 7–14 days after dispatch.
Other EU countries: 10–20 days after dispatch.
