This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, model VDW S 2000, was manufactured in Germany in 2017. It is a demonstration unit with low operational hours (500 hours). The machine is equipped with a column loader for 200-litre trolleys. Discharge height: 900 mm (for 200 l containers). Extendable step with guard for improved access to the loading hopper. Automatic regulation of the feed auger and working auger speeds based on torque. Integrated control cabinet with internal ventilation in the machine, reducing the risk of condensation. Control panel with touch interface (Start/Stop, Emergency Stop) for easy operation. Neck cover with safety sensor and lock.
