The JUNIOR oven supports the following thermal processes:
- Dry baking
- Drying
- Roasting
- Smoking
- Steaming

Common applications: cheese, salami, pasta, vegetable and fruit preparation, drying of meat products, smoking of meat products, pet food, fish, and more.

The Junior universal ovens are thermally insulated using high-performance expanded insulation material, sheeted with satin and ribbed AISI 304 stainless steel. Superb heating speed and evenness up to 180°C—a key strength of the JUNIOR oven—is achieved via stainless steel fans and special shielded heating elements. The JUNIOR oven is fitted with its own steam generation system.

Integrated control system.
The microprocessor-based control panel offers an advanced yet user-friendly and reliable interface, featuring:
- Working temperature and time display
- Indication of active processing phases
- Airlock position indicator
- Ventilation control commands
- Stage transition setting commands
- Pause and delayed start settings
- Memory retention of all active values and functions
