The BRL 1200 automatic polishing machine is a modern, high-performance unit specifically designed for polishing flat surfaces finished with polyester gloss coatings or two-component polyurethane-based gloss coatings, among others.

The machine’s frame is constructed from sturdy metal and features a wooden base with a useful working area of 1200 x 3000 mm, a working height of 900 mm, and a maximum thickness capacity of up to 200 mm.

The polishing system consists of 6 sponge pads equipped with orbital rotation combined with individual pad rotation. The machine’s alternate movement speed can be adjusted via a potentiometer.

The machine is mounted on a solid welded steel base for maximum stability, ensuring high-quality surface gloss in reduced processing times.

The lifting, lowering, and translation movements operate on ball recirculation guides and carriages, controlled by an inverter, while the pad lifting speed is fixed.
