Perfect Preparation of Highly Filled Adhesives with the ViscoTreat-Inline
The ViscoTreat series systems, such as the ViscoTreat-Inline, from ViscoTec provide the optimal solution for both batch and continuous material preparation. These systems are installed as a preliminary measure for dispensing applications involving low to highly viscous adhesives, as well as thermal and solder pastes.
To ensure accurate dispensing results for highly filled materials, preparation before application is essential. Fillers often tend to sediment and agglomerate during extended storage or downtime of the dispensing system. As a result, precise application of the medium is no longer possible. Dispensing systems can become clogged, and wear on system components increases due to the separation of filler from the binder. Furthermore, considerable deviations in the mechanical properties of the dispensing medium can occur.
