It is equipped with a pre-stretch system capable of achieving up to 250% film elongation. Thanks to this pre-stretch system, you can turn 1 meter of film on the roll into up to 3.5 meters on the pallet, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system generates only minimal application tension, so even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable. With a weight of 700 kg, this model is extremely stable and designed for loads up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic is fitted with a 1650 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. Adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, along with a power stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, allow you to perfectly adapt the automatic wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photo cell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose from programs such as "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping), or "waterproof" wrapping. The wrapper can also be operated manually if required. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved using integrated forklift slots. Options: In addition to a suitable access ramp and a photo cell for recognizing dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can optionally be supplied with an increased wrap height (up to 3,200 mm). This model is our clear recommendation for wrapping very light goods or if you need to stretch wrap more than approx. 30 pallets per day, with automatic application and cutting of the film each time.
