At Wöhler, we have developed a range of wire processing machines primarily used in the brush industry. Our equipment can roll round wire into flat wire, count and bundle individual wires, and either corrugate or cut both single wires and entire wire bundles to specific lengths. We also offer solutions for rewinding, as well as winding and twisting individual wires into strands.

Cut wire bundles to adjustable lengths and tie the sections into bundles with the Wöhler WCB 200.

Produce anchor tufts with the FWB 700.

Roll round wire into flat wire with the FWR 250 – featuring automatic wire thickness regulation. Wind this flat wire onto coils with the DC 510, cut it to length, and bundle the counted sections.

Corrugate, cut, and bundle wire strands with the DA 400 or DA 700. Corrugate and wind wire strands with the STW 87, STW 96, or USTW 6000.

Spool up to 44 single wires into one strand – optionally including twisting.
