The EdgeRacer the Grinder effortlessly removes slag that forms on the underside during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are adjusted to almost touch the underside, allowing the steel pins to knock off the slag effectively.

EdgeRacer® the Grinder easily removes stubborn punching burrs and laser pearls/splatter. You can also adjust the brush feed to define the amount of edge rounding as required.

Deburring and edge rounding of thin sheet metal and 3D workpieces
Deburr thin sheets or parts with cut-outs. The grinding brushes can be set below transport level so that the entire workpiece edge is processed. Oxide discs allow for efficient removal of oxide layers on interior and exterior contours.

Full working width or double performance – optimally adapted to your requirements
Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can choose between two processing modes. Opt for single-row operation to utilize the full working width—ideal for wide parts or parallel loading. To optimize tool wear, the brushes automatically alternate their position. For narrower workpieces, select double-row processing: this doubles the processing performance in a single pass.
