Flexible Pre-Shredder for Two-Stage Processing

A pre-shredder from the WEIMA crusher series HWV 3000 (37 kW) is used as part of a two-stage processing system. After, for example, pallets are pre-shredded by this machine, the material passes through metal separation and subsequent shredding. For this, single-shaft shredders such as the WL12 (30 kW) are ideally suited. The resulting wood chips can be burned directly in a heating system or further processed into high-grade fuel using a briquetting press.
