Weima Briquetting Press TH 714

The TH 714 machines are designed for operations requiring throughput rates of up to 150 kg/h. The robust press housing enables the production of high-density briquettes from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foam materials, light metals, paper, or biomass. Numerous additional options are available, such as an oil cooler for multi-shift operation. All machines are available in left- or right-hand configurations. Installation on a solid base frame ensures rapid setup and allows for mobile use.

User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control

To fulfill our performance promise, all control cabinets are designed and manufactured in-house at our Ilsfeld facility and equipped with high-quality international components. This guarantees top quality with a compact design. The Siemens PLC used is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the briquetting process.

Contaminant-resistant feed screw via cardanic suspension

The feed screw, which conveys the material into the pre-compressor of the briquetting press, is suspended by a cardan joint. This prevents contaminants from causing damage to the feed screw. As always, the specific application dictates the appropriate suspension. For metal applications, for example, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws.
