Used in the production of: - furniture panels - countertops - structural components - mouldings and solid wood semi-finished products D) Personnel and number of operators The GRECON HS 120 line with ABB automatic loading (2 palletizing cells, alternating operation) requires 1 operator. E) Production process 1. Pallets with pre-sorted timber components are placed in the loading cell. 2. The ABB robot picks up components from the pallets and feeds them onto the GRECON HS 120 conveyor. 3. The line through-feeds and profiles the finger joints on the timber elements 4. The automatic glue applicator applies adhesive (with GlueEye Vision quality control). 5. The pre-joining station joins the elements to the desired length. 6. The crosscut saw sizes the joined length to specification and transfers it to the press. 7. The press clamps the assembly until the adhesive cures fully. 8. Finished lengths are placed onto the scissor lift, quality-checked, and conveyed to the roller buffer storage.
