Deskripsi

Completely overhauled 5-axis CNC turning, drilling, and milling center WFL M60 Millturn/2000mm equipped with Siemens Sinumerik 840D PL control system. Year of manufacture: 2004. The machine has been fully refurbished, tested, and is in full working condition. The turning, drilling, and milling unit, as well as the tailstock, have been completely rebuilt. The milling spindle and bearing assembly are new. Cabling and hydraulic hoses have also been replaced. The machine geometry corresponds to that of a new machine (with measurement protocol). The machine is equipped with a tailstock and steady rest slide (both with automatic positioning and extremely robust hydraulic clamping to the bed). Chuck and steady rest can be supplied according to customer requirements (newly procured). Chuck max. 500mm, steady rest max. 380mm opening diameter. Tool system: HSK100 (external magazine with 90 slots and automatic tool changer). The machine is equipped with glass scales on all linear axes. Furthermore, the machine features an 80 bar deep drilling pump as well as 2t feed force on the X, Y, and Z axes. The B-axis is programmable in 0.001 degree increments and is equipped with an additional mechanical indexer delivering extremely high holding and swivel torque. Installation, commissioning, and operator/programming training can be offered. The exterior paint can be customized to the customer's requirements if needed.
