The DPM AV 2242 is a fully automatic vertical panel saw which allows you to cut your panels
automatically with minimal effort using integrated optimization systems.
All panel cutting operations are carried out automatically by the machine.

Automatic positioning system
The machine automatically switches between vertical and horizontal cutting modes via an automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan,

Throughout the cutting process, the operator does not intervene.
The automatic panel lifting system completes the formatting operation while the panels remain on the machine.

Automatic cutting with integrated optimization
The automatic cutting program supplied with the DPM AV enables the operator to enter the required dimensions into the program, and the sizing process is completed automatically.
The optimization plan is part of the automatic cutting process of the DPM AV and a standard feature.
Users can optimize cuts for single or multiple panels by entering parts lists into the program.
Processes are optimized and performed automatically.

Automatic clamping and lifting system
The servo-driven automatic lifting system is a distinguishing feature of the DPM AV.
Thanks to this system, a single operator can handle and cut even the largest panels according to the optimization plan,
without the need for force or manual intervention.
Precise cutting operations are performed without any friction or force applied, as the panel lifting system compensates for the weight of the panel.
With the servo-controlled precision stop system, dimensional accuracy of up to 0.1 mm can be achieved.
The pneumatic clamping system available with the DPM AV is part of the lifting process.

Panel carriage system
High-quality, precision-engineered load-bearing rollers with double bearings support the operator and ensure smooth movement of the panel across the machine.
