The DPM AV 2242 is a fully automatic vertical panel saw that allows you to cut your panels automatically and with minimal effort using the integrated optimization feature. All panel cutting operations are performed automatically by the machine.

Automatic Positioning System
The machine automatically switches to vertical and horizontal positions via an automatic positioning system and cuts panels according to the optimization plan created by the machine’s optimization software. During the entire panel cutting process, the operator does not intervene.
Using the automatic panel lifting system on the machine, the formatting process is completed while the panels remain in position.

Automatic Cutting with Integrated Optimization
The automatic cutting program included with the DPM AV enables the operator to enter values into the program and the dimensioning process is completed automatically. The optimization plan is part of the automatic cutting process and a standard feature. Users can optimize cuts for a single or multiple panels by entering part lists into the program. The workflow is optimized and performed automatically.

Automatic Clamping and Lifting System
The servo-driven automatic lifting system is a distinctive feature of the DPM AV. Thanks to the system, a single person can handle even the largest panels and cut them to the desired sizes according to the optimization without exertion or manual intervention. Precise cuts are performed without any friction or force, as the lifting system supports the panel’s weight. The servo-driven precision stop system achieves dimensional accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. The pneumatic clamping system supplied with the DPM AV is part of the lifting process.

Panel Carriage System
Precision-manufactured, high-quality, double-bearing support rollers assist the operator and ensure smooth panel movement on the machine.
