Optimization software for the electronic control
of an optimization unit for controlling saw arbor movement.
This software includes:
Industrial computer with color touchscreen for inputting sawing lists,
displaying optimization results, device data, and error messages.

Preferred software: Multifunction handle for marking quality and width measurement;
Laser beam detection of panel width; each handle corresponds to a movable, infinitely adjustable saw arbor.

The software optimizes ripping by considering material yield, value, and productivity.
With consideration of different widths, qualities, values, and quantities,
each parameter can be prioritized.
Selection of stored strip sizes via touchscreen.

All production data are input, saved, and analyzed. This allows all cutting operations to be precisely controlled at all times.
Independent control panel with clearly arranged controls (6 m cable).
A misting device sprays lubricant onto the saw arbor to prevent dirt and resin buildup.
