WINTR VERTICAL 2-HEAD BAND SAWMILL – V2KB-480

The vertical 2-head band sawmill type 480 TWIN is designed for high-performance processing of stacked timber as well as thin roundwood. The machine enables double-sided cutting of cants from round material and prepares the material for further processing.

The 480 TWIN model is used as the first component of a technological line for log cutting and edging, particularly in the production of pallet components. With two saw heads, two precise cuts can be made simultaneously with high dimensional accuracy. The construction is based on a robust steel frame, a precise bandsaw guidance system, and a continuously adjustable feed system. Hydraulic band tensioning ensures optimal working conditions for the saw blades and a stable cutting process.
