Verleimstern VS-3000-12

The Verleimstern is designed for width and thickness lamination of timber, where glue joints are air-dried. The Verleimstern is highly space-efficient and can be expanded in a modular fashion, both in terms of the dimensions of the workpieces and the required output. Furthermore, it is user- and maintenance-friendly. The glued timber is placed into clamping units located on the endless chain in each compartment and can be quickly and easily adapted to different workpiece dimensions. The Verleimstern is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For thinner or thicker materials, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used. The clamping units can be tightened manually, with a manually-operated hydromotor, or with an automatically-operated hydromotor.
