The Quadro Filius is a program-controlled machine
designed for the gentle processing of all types of bread roll dough.
The following types of rolls can be produced:
- Rustic rolls, square shape
- Triangular rolls
- Seeded sticks

The machine is distinguished by its high flexibility in the
production of these baked goods for small and medium-sized bakeries.
It can be combined with downstream seeding stations or a
rotary table system.
Operation is carried out via a text display.

The machine has been thoroughly checked and test-run with dough by our master baker.
