EXCELLENT CONDITION, DUE TO REPLACEMENT. In production since 2020, approximately 5,000 m³ processed.
Horizontal sawmill carriage WRAVOR WRC 1250, with solid flywheels, reinforced 17m frame, for 12m cutting length.
Loading deck to feed the carriage and 8m exit roller conveyor: both units also available as optional extras.
Hydraulic equipment (dogs, log turners, and log centering devices), detached control station, SIEMENS + WRAVOR cutting program, joysticks. Sawdust extraction/discharge system for the head, running along the entire frame via overhead pipe and hydraulic arm.
The length of the saw carriage is matched to the maximum log length (with additional equipment on the frame).
Robust construction, with superior profile and special wear-resistant material (long service life).
*Fast log centering system – in the middle of the frame – with hydraulic angles or hydraulic centers (moving right/left and up/down).

*Hydraulic double-cylinder log clamps move up/down and left/right to secure the log at all points, regardless of log shape.

*Hydraulic rollers – move up/down (individually or all together) and rotate – for leveling the log on the frame, moving the log forward/backward, and transferring the final board/beam from the sawmill to the outfeed conveyor (or another direction).

*Hydraulic generator power supply – three power supply options with or without frequency inverter

Optional cable-driven carriage head movement: more robust, more precise, easy cable change in case of wear
