WPS Non-Ferrous Metal Separator (Eddy Current) Magnetic Series.
The MAGNETIC series eddy current separators are primarily used in the waste recycling industry. By utilizing the eddy current phenomenon, they enable the recovery of non-ferrous (non-magnetic) metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, etc., from bulk waste materials. WPS separators are characterized by a high degree of separation efficiency thanks to proprietary solutions developed by ZŁOMIARZE, ensuring highly profitable waste recycling operations.
Applications of WPS separators include recovery of:
• non-ferrous metals from electronic waste recycling
• non-ferrous metals from automotive recycling
• metals from foundry waste
• aluminum in glass recycling processes
• non-ferrous metals from metallurgical waste
• non-ferrous metals from municipal waste
To ensure equipment longevity, ZŁOMIARZE is among the few manufacturers to introduce an upgrade in the form of central bearing cooling for the magnetic rotor, which significantly extends the machine’s service life several times over.
