ZERMA GSC

The compact granulators of the GSC series are fully sound-insulated granulators, making them particularly quiet in operation. The integrated sound protection ensures optimal accessibility to the granulator itself as well as for knife and screen changes, thanks to its well-conceived design. The noise insulation is based on the use of state-of-the-art sound-absorbing materials.

The housings, constructed from robust steel/welded structures, combined with the V-cut rotors (except for the GSC 300/300), allow for a long service life and versatile applications. The tangential housing geometry ensures that even bulky input materials are effectively accepted and processed by the rotor.

All machines in the GSC series consistently produce high-quality regrind—regardless of whether the feed material comes from injection or blow molding waste, profiles, sheets, or films.

The GSC series models are cost-effective, highly reliable, easy to clean, and offer a long service life.
