Used vertical reactor made of acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 316L, manufactured by Zetterstrom (Sweden), with a capacity of 912 liters. The unit features a welded dished top and bottom head. The internal working pressure ranges from -1 to 6 bar, with an operating temperature range from -35 to 180°C. The external jacket, made of acid-resistant stainless steel, has a capacity of 28 liters. The jacket's working pressure is also between -1 and 6 bar, with a maximum temperature of 180°C. The reactor is equipped with a top-mounted, three-tiered stainless steel blade agitator, driven by a Lightnin model LS400 gearbox and a 3 kW, 1440 RPM, 220/380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz electric motor. Inside the mixing chamber, there are three static baffles welded to the wall. The unit is mounted on four lateral carbon steel supports/legs.
