This is a robust machine operating on compressed air and 220V; plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine. A compressor can be supplied if required.

The filler features a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum of 500ml per cycle. By running multiple cycles, larger volumes can be dispensed. The minimal volume per cycle is 50ml — any quantity between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke.

The machine is equipped with a large 25L hopper. It is also possible to connect to an IBC or a 200L drum for higher throughput in large-scale operations. Standard features include a foot pedal and automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously, making it easy and fast to fill large quantities. With the foot pedal, manual operation at your own pace is possible.

Depending on operator and volume, the output is between 15–25 units per minute, making this a very fast machine. Weighing approximately 15–20kg, it can easily be placed on a table. Constructed fully from stainless steel, this high-quality filler is designed for durability and hygiene.
