This machine is a high-performance forging press, currently in active use within a metal fittings and brass hot forging production line. The robust mechanical design of the 2016 model is engineered to withstand the high impact energy and thermal loads required in hot forging operations.
Hot Forging Expertise: Delivers the rapid stroke and high pressing force essential for hot shaping of materials such as brass. Ensures superior surface quality in the production of metal fittings (valves, couplings, connectors, etc.).
H-Type Rigidity: The closed H-frame body efficiently absorbs the instantaneous high shock loads generated during the forging process, maintaining die alignment without deformation.
2025 Modernization: The 2016 base model has been upgraded in 2025 with a modern PLC and compliance with current occupational safety standards. This guarantees high safety and minimal downtime, even under the demanding conditions of hot forging lines.
Large Die Area: The 1,200 x 1,100 mm table accommodates multi-cavity forging dies or trimming dies on the same platen, increasing production speed.
This press is a ready-to-operate, heavy-duty, and cost-effective production solution for companies engaged in the brass forging and metal fittings sector.
