Deskripsi
Purchased just before the COVID-19 pandemic for use as a dust extraction system for a CNC machine. Very little use, less than 900 operating hours. The Biesse Rover CNC router is also available for sale in a separate listing.
Buyer is responsible for removal and transport of the equipment.
The AL-KO Power Unit is a high-efficiency enclosed filter system equipped with a clean-side fan. The unit complies with filtration class H3 requirements: the return air dust concentration is less than 0.1 mg/m³. The equipment is delivered fully assembled for quick and easy installation and commissioning. Dust is collected in containers located beneath the filter, allowing for easy disposal directly from under the machine. The filtered air can be returned to the workshop area or exhausted outside via a separate duct system. Its enclosed construction ensures quiet operation and a dust-free environment around the device. The return air dust concentration is only one tenth compared to conventional bag extraction systems!

Filter cleaning is automatic via compressed-air pulses or mechanically with shaker devices. The automatic cleaning is controlled by a vacuum sensor. Post-cleaning is performed when the unit is switched off. The filter material is Class C and antistatic. Filter bag replacement is easy, thanks to a filter roof that opens effortlessly.
With the fan mounted on the clean side of the filter, the unit offers advantages over traditional systems in fire safety, noise levels, and maintenance-free operation. Pre-separation of coarse dust reduces filter material wear and lowers filter load, ensuring maximum filtration efficiency. The Power Unit series offers extremely low noise levels, down to just 69 dB!
In addition to wood, AL-KO dust extraction units are suitable for other machinable materials such as plastics, stone, cement, gypsum, and aluminum.
