Rotary machine for filling liquids, pastes, powders or bulk materials into preformed cups, followed by sealing the cups with foil. Integration of a capping module for closing the cups with a hard plastic or rigid lid is available (at additional cost). The filling and sealing machine from the AMTEC CUP-FILLINGsystem series can handle various cup types, shapes and dimensions, and is flexible regarding the type of product to be filled. The only requirement is that the product has flow characteristics, such as yoghurt, dessert cream, sour cream, crème fraîche, dips for finger food, smoothies, as well as solid and dry foods such as rice, nuts, muesli mixes, cereals, instant noodles, up to fresh produce like sauerkraut, etc. Automatic operation includes feeding the cups, filling, sealing the cup opening with foil (optional lidding), and collecting the finished cups/containers. The dosing unit is selected accordingly (e.g. volumetric pump with external tank, auger filler, etc.) and is included in the offer.
