Example system for filling small bottles with small liquid volumes: A typical application is eyedrop bottles. The system features a container orientation unit, which places the small bottles onto a feed conveyor. The machine includes a bottle cleaning module (water/gas) as well as cleaning of the inner/outer rim (cap parts), the filling station, and labeling of the bottles. PLC-controlled system. Three cleaning cycles with water and three with gas ensure an extremely high level of cleanliness with no water residue. All parts in contact with the liquid are made entirely of SS316 stainless steel.

Specifications: Filling accuracy: < +/- 0.5%; speed: up to 120 bottles/min; filling range: 5-30 ml; power supply: 380V, 3.8kW; compressed air: 6 bar. All these specifications are for reference only.
