Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, as well as personal care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (sealed with caps) made of aluminium. Fully automatic tube infeed and orientation (tube rotation in the pocket according to registration mark), as well as filling and sealing of tubes. Prior to filling, tubes are air-flushed to avoid contamination. 'No tube – no filling' is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer and dosing unit, consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor, are included. PLC-controlled, operation via touchscreen.
